The Oba Of Benin Kingdom Orders The Destruction of Isekhure Palace

The Oba of Benin recently ordered the demolition of the Isekhure Palace along Sakponba Road, Benin City, stating that there have been prior warnings that the Isekhure of Benin should not  go beyond the powers given to him by the Edo tradition. 

Though the action seems a bit exaggerated, most people still argue that there could be more to it than that which has been revealed to the Bini People. More to come....
