Kate Henshaw of Nollywood has been in the Nigerian movie industry for many years. In 2008 she won
the Africa Movie Academy Award for Best Actress in a Leading Role. Despite her age (45-year-old) she tries as much as possible to look sweet 16. And in this Video, she displayed her dancing talent while in the gym.
