Pogba may become Manchester United captain, Says Mourinho

Paul Pogba
Manchester United coach, Jose Mourinho, has said Paul Pogba might captain the club in future. Pogba rejoined United last summer for a world-record £89 million fee and has found his form recently after a slow start. Wayne Rooney is the current skipper of the team but is no longer first choice.
Asked if Pogba could lead the club, Mourinho said: “I think he has the potential. I think he has the charisma. The ambition. The mentality. He is a good professional. Being so young and with so many ingredients, I think he can.”
Mourinho was, however, careful not to put extra pressure on Pogba ahead of Sunday’s showdown against Liverpool at Old Trafford. “It is not fair to say a player has to be dominant,” he said.
