Aishat Buhari Dazzles At 46

For Hajia Aisha Buhari, wife of President,  Muhammadu Buhari, turning 46 last week was a big deal.  She refused to celebrate it to high heavens, though, the day didn’t go unnoticed as many of her fans and admirers poured encomiums on her,  particularly for her role towards the uplift of the less privileged in Nigeria.
It will be recalled that until her husband won the presidential election in 2015, the woman of influence and power was minding her own business as a wife, mother, and businesswoman. But suddenly, she was literally uprooted from her seeming cocoon and thrust into the public consciousness. This was after her husband, the then presidential candidate of the All Progressives Congress, APC, launched his campaign for the presidential election.
Interestingly,  her emergence on the nation’s political scene has been a blessing of sorts, as it has now made a lot of people to know her better.
The Adamawa State-born First Lady has, on many occasions, displayed her sense of humility to the amazement of all. Her humility,  carriage, and disarming simplicity have endeared her to the hearts of many in and around the state. A blue blood, her father was the late Emir of Malabu in Fufuore Local Government Area of Adamawa State.
