President Muhammadu Buhari May Have Undergone a Heart Transplant

According to sources, President Muhammadu Buhari has undergone a heart transplant and he is currently not able to do anything. And This could be the reason why there has been no official voice or video message from President Buhari to Nigerians. 

Hoping that God keeps him alive, the sources say further that he may not longer be strong enough for the office of the president when he finally returns home.

This is not very hard to believe because no one actually saw President Muhammadu Buhari leaving Nigeria and there has been no word except skeptical and suspicious pictures since over one month that he has been absent from his office as the president of Nigeria.
